For generations, many of us have been led to believe that owning a home is out of reach. But it’s time to break that cycle. Homeownership is possible, and it’s now within your reach. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home and build generational wealth.
I’m Debbie Ingle, and I’m here to guide you through the exciting process of homeownership, especially with the support of the Washington State Covenant Homeownership Program, just launched in July of 2024.
What is the WA Covenant Homeownership Program?
This a groundbreaking initiative designed to help individuals and families in Washington State achieve their dream of owning a home and I’m leading the charge of helping our community use the benefits available to them. This program provides financial assistance and support to eligible homebuyers, making the path to homeownership much more accessible and affordable.
How can this program help you?
- Down Payment Help: Saving for a down payment on a home can be really challenging, but this program does all of the hard work for you. Example: If you find a $400,000 home, the Covenant Program can help you with up to $80,000 for your down payment. That means your monthly payment will be based on $320,000. It’s so exciting!
- Additional Closing Cost Support: You’ll also receive help with paying for your closing costs, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most – finding your perfect home. This can be an additional $10,000 or more in assistance.
- Homebuyer Education: You will have access to information and education that empowers you to make informed decisions throughout the homebuying process.
Eligibility:
